Garrison School News May 2012 
It is hard to believe we are looking at the last two weeks of school. The following dates are reminders of activities that will be occurring as the school year ends.
- May 8 Senior Dinner 11:30
- May 11 Graduation 12:30
- May 16 SIP Day/Early Dismissal at 12 p.m. Lunch will be served
- May 17 Teacher Institute Day (No student attendance)
- May 18 Last day of school/Report card day Dismissal at 9:30 a.m.
School will resume on August 16, 2012. Please look for your 2012-13 school packet in the mail the first week of August. Have a great summer.

Important Facts to remember when you are on the computer at home or at school:
1. Never give out personal information such as your name, address, school, or telephone number in a chat room or on bulletin boards.
2. Do not send pictures of yourself over the computer without parent permission.
3. Don’t write to someone who makes you feel uncomfortable or scared.
4. Don’t meet with someone without parent permission.
5. Tell your parents if a situation makes you uncomfortable.
6. Remember that people online may not be who they say they are!!!
